$WUDBEER trades on Polkadot Asset Hub using DOT, Polkadot's native token, with no bridging required. The chain gained EVM compatibility in January 2026, so you buy through a familiar wallet interface rather than learning new tooling. The one thing to know: Polkadot Hub uses two address formats for the same wallet: a Substrate-style address (used by exchanges and native wallets) and an EVM-style 0x address (used by MetaMask and Launchly). The wallet guides below walk you through handling that step.
How to Buy $WUDBEER
For DOT holders on the Polkadot network who have never used Launchly or MetaMask before.
Step 1
Create a MetaMask Account
Download MetaMask at metamask.io or your phone's app store and follow the prompts to create a new wallet. Save your recovery phrase somewhere safe. Never share it with anyone.
Step 2
Add Polkadot Hub as a Network
Polkadot Hub isn't built into MetaMask by default and needs to be added manually.
Open MetaMask and tap the network dropdown at the top.
Tap "Custom," then "Add custom network."
Enter the following exactly:
Network namePolkadot
RPC URLhttps://eth-rpc.polkadot.io/
Chain ID420420419
Currency symbolDOT
Block explorerhttps://blockscout.polkadot.io/
Save, then select Polkadot from the network list.
Step 3
Get Your MetaMask Address
In MetaMask, tap "Receive" to view your wallet address. Copy it.
Step 4
Convert Your Address
Your DOT on the native Polkadot network and your MetaMask address use two different address formats, same wallet, different spelling. To send DOT to yourself in MetaMask, you need to convert the format first.
Coming soon: Launchly is working on eliminating this step by automatically converting the address format inside the app.
Step 5
Send DOT to the Converted Address
From the wallet or exchange where your DOT currently lives, send DOT to the converted address from Step 4.
Test first: send 1 DOT and confirm it arrives before sending more. Only send from the Polkadot network, Polkadot Asset Hub, or a CEX directly. Do not send cross-chain from a different parachain like Hydration as the starting point, as this can result in lost funds.
Step 6
Confirm It Arrived
Switch to the Polkadot Hub network in MetaMask and check your balance. It should show the DOT you just sent. If it doesn't appear right away, give it a few minutes.
Step 7
Connect to Launchly
Go to Launchly and connect your MetaMask wallet the same way you would on any EVM site.
Step 8
Buy $WUDBEER
Once connected, find $WUDBEER on Launchly and buy with DOT. Direct link: Buy $WUDBEER on Launchly
Withdrawing DOT? Because Launchly uses EVM DOT, the address must be in EVM (0x) format. When you sell and want to move DOT out, the process depends on where you're sending it. Read the withdrawal guide under Launchly Docs.
The easiest way in. No wallet, no extensions, no setup required. Just sign up and Launchly handles the rest.
Step 1
Create a Launchly Account
Go to Launchly and sign up with your email, Google, Twitter, or other social login. No wallet or browser extension needed.
Launchly automatically creates a secure embedded wallet for you behind the scenes, powered by Privy. It's non-custodial, fully yours, and works like any standard EVM wallet on Polkadot Asset Hub.
Step 2
Copy Your Wallet Address
Once signed in, find your Launchly wallet address in your profile. Copy it.
Step 3
Convert Your Address
Polkadot Asset Hub uses two address formats for the same account. To receive DOT you need to convert your wallet address first.
Coming soon: Launchly is working on eliminating this step by automatically converting the address format inside the app.
Step 4
Send DOT to Your Wallet
From your exchange or Polkadot wallet, send DOT to the converted address from Step 3.
Test first: send 1 DOT and confirm it arrives before sending more. Only send from the Polkadot network, Polkadot Asset Hub, or a CEX directly. Do not send cross-chain from a different parachain like Hydration as the starting point, as this can result in lost funds.
Step 5
Buy $WUDBEER
Once your wallet shows a DOT balance, find $WUDBEER on Launchly and buy. Direct link: Buy $WUDBEER on Launchly
Optional
Export Your Wallet
Your embedded wallet is fully yours. If you'd like to use it in an external app like MetaMask, you can export your private key from your Launchly account settings and import it into any compatible wallet at any time.
Withdrawing DOT? Because Launchly uses EVM DOT, the address must be in EVM (0x) format. When you sell and want to move DOT out, the process depends on where you're sending it. Read the withdrawal guide under Launchly Docs.
For DOT holders on the Polkadot network who have never used Launchly before.
Step 1
Install Talisman
Install the Talisman browser extension at talisman.xyz and set up your wallet.
Step 2
Add an EVM Account
In Talisman click "+ Add account" and create a New Ethereum Account using your existing seed phrase. This is the account you'll use on Launchly.
Step 3
Fund Your EVM Account
We're sending native DOT directly to your EVM wallet. This is not a bridge or a cross-chain transfer, just a standard Send from wherever your DOT is.
Send DOT to that converted address from Coinbase, an exchange, or another wallet.
Test first: start with 1 DOT to confirm it arrives before sending more. Only send from the Polkadot network, Polkadot Asset Hub, or a CEX directly. Do not send cross-chain from a different parachain like Hydration as the starting point, as this can result in lost funds.
Step 4
View Your Polkadot EVM Balance in Talisman
To see your DOT balance inside Talisman, with your ETH wallet selected:
Go to Settings at the top.
Select Networks & Tokens on the left.
Click Manage Networks.
Search for Polkadot (Ethereum Blockchain) and select it.
Everything should be set already, just make sure Display Balances at the bottom is set to Yes and hit Save.
Step 5
Connect to Launchly
Go to Launchly, click Connect Wallet, and select your Talisman EVM account. Your DOT balance will show correctly in Launchly.
Step 1
Install SubWallet
Install the SubWallet extension or app at subwallet.app and set up your wallet following the prompts.
Already have SubWallet? Update to the latest version before you start. Polkadot Hub is built into recent builds, and on an older one you would still have to add it by hand.
Step 2
Add an EVM Account
SubWallet supports Polkadot-SDK (Substrate) and EVM as separate account types within the same wallet. Click "Create a New Account" and select EVM account type.
Step 3
Fund Your EVM Account
Your existing DOT lives in your Substrate account. To use it on Launchly, move it to your EVM account:
Select SubWallet, then choose your EVM account when prompted.
Step 6
Buy $WUDBEER
Once connected and your EVM account shows a DOT balance, buy $WUDBEER on Launchly.

How Launchly works on Polkadot Hub: the token lifecycle, DEX, buy and sell flow, and creator economics.
About Launchly on Polkadot Hub
What is Launchly?
Launchly is a multichain token launchpad. $WUDBEER launched on Launchly's Polkadot Hub integration, a chain that gained EVM compatibility in January 2026 via pallet-revive, meaning standard Solidity contracts now run natively at the center of the Polkadot network, not on a side parachain.
Because Launchly uses the EVM layer, you connect the same way you would on Ethereum, Base, or BNB Chain: standard MetaMask, same interface. No new wallet, no new tooling required.
Wallet support
All three wallets work. Talisman and SubWallet both ship with Polkadot Hub built in, so you only need to switch the network on and point Launchly at your EVM account. MetaMask connects directly over EVM RPC with no known issues, but Polkadot Hub is not built in, so you add it manually first.
Launchly uses Polkadot's native token and does not require a separate cross-chain bridge to other public chains.
Token Lifecycle
Phase 1
Bonding Curve
Tokens launch and trade exclusively inside Launchly. Price increases automatically as buyers come in. Creators earn fees from the very first transaction.
Phase 2
Graduation
When the bonding curve hits its threshold, accumulated funds seed a liquidity pool on LaunchlySwap automatically. LP burns at graduation, making a rug structurally impossible.
Phase 3
Post-Graduation
The token trades openly on LaunchlySwap. A 2% swap fee is collected on every trade, with a share going to the creator in real time.
LaunchlySwap
Graduated tokens land on LaunchlySwap, Launchly's own DEX on Polkadot Hub, built on a Uniswap V2 fork. It's a separate platform with its own contracts and front end, not deployed by Uniswap Labs and not accessible through app.uniswap.org.
Building an in-house DEX means the creator fee split is hard-coded into contracts Launchly controls, and trading activity stays inside the ecosystem rather than routing fees to a third party.
Buy & Sell Flow
On Launchly, it's two buttons: Buy with DOT and Sell for DOT. The wrapping of DOT into WDOT (Wrapped DOT, the ERC-20 form needed for DEX trading pairs, identical in concept to WETH on Ethereum) happens entirely behind the scenes. You never touch WDOT directly.

Withdrawing DOT
When you sell a token on Launchly, DOT lands back in your EVM wallet. When withdrawing your DOT funds from the platform, the address must be in EVM (0x) format. Getting that DOT to another wallet or an exchange requires some additional steps because of the address format difference between the EVM and Substrate sides of Asset Hub.
Sending to another EVM wallet
If the destination is another EVM wallet on Asset Hub (another MetaMask account, Talisman EVM account, or SubWallet EVM account), paste the 0x address directly into the withdrawal field. No conversion needed.
Sending to a Substrate wallet (Talisman, SubWallet, Nova)
Your Substrate wallet's deposit address is in SS58 format, which the EVM withdrawal field won't accept directly. You need to convert it to its EVM (0x) equivalent first.
Important: Your destination Substrate wallet must already hold at least 1 DOT before you send from the EVM side. On Polkadot, a Substrate account doesn't exist on-chain until it holds this minimum balance, known as the Existential Deposit. EVM transfers can't create a brand-new Substrate account the way a native Substrate transfer can, so if the account has zero balance, the funds won't land. Send 1 DOT to it via a normal Substrate transfer first to open the account, then proceed below.
Copy the deposit address from your Substrate wallet.
Paste the converted 0x address into the Launchly withdrawal field and send.
The DOT will arrive in your Substrate wallet, where you can then send it wherever you need.
Sending to an exchange (Coinbase, Binance, Kraken)
To send to an exchange, you must first send to your own Substrate wallet (Talisman, SubWallet, or Nova). This is because exchanges like Coinbase use custodial infrastructure that only processes standard Polkadot transfers and does not monitor the EVM side of Asset Hub. Pasting a CEX deposit address directly will not work, even if converted, and can lead to loss of funds.
The correct flow:
Make sure your Substrate wallet already holds at least 1 DOT. If it's a fresh wallet, send 1 DOT to it via a normal Substrate transfer first to open the account before proceeding.
Copy your Substrate wallet's deposit address (Talisman, SubWallet, Nova, or any native Asset Hub wallet).
